At JH Delights we create sweets and snacks that are:

In a humble home kitchen filled with the aroma of roasted nuts, spices and love - JH DELIGHTS was born. What started as a few homemade energy bites and morning exercise routine during covid period for a active and healthy lifestyle became a mission to change the way we snack and to enjoy treats that felt good to eat and nourishing, later turned into a local favorite- shared at gatherings, gifted during festivals and events again & again. JH Delights expanded its offerings with new products inspired by traditional cuisines  - while staying true to our roots: clean ingredients, handcrafted delights and joyful eating. A small beginning became something bigger: a community, a purpose and a promise to never compromise on what we put in your hands.

 

Our  JOURNEY

JH Delights under a mission "Jaan Hai Jahan Hai " launched as a concept by Er. Inderjit Ghai in the year 2015 as a family group on WhatsApp later commercialised by Er. Priya Ghai as a venture in year 2020 of mindful snacking and gifting for your loved ones. The main aim is to promote the six pillars of the overall well being i.e.

1. Physical Well Being              2. Economic Well Being            3. Social Well Being

4. Emotional Well Being          5.Spiritual Well Being                6. Intellectual Well Being

in which food plays an important and fundamental role in framing your your life and wellbeing. We as a family realised that self awareness, motivation, proper guidance and individual's little effort will help us in achieving the overall wellbeing by living among your loved ones happily . Your dining space can become a place of wonders where magic takes place by uniting food, health, happiness and bonding all together. Later in life, habit of working hard will only leave you mentally and physically drained, realised by our own mistakes and rigorous routine. Therefore first we worked on ourselves to have an optimum balance of work and health in life by continuous practice and little efforts. We continued our practise of balanced life among our firm (engineering consultancy) with the group of people working with us and their families. We started regular yoga and physical workout sessions, shared quick healthy delicious recipes and distributed homemade sweets & savouries in a close knit circle. What started at home as a normal daily routine converted into a mission of sharing our experience by navigating others journey to attain overall wellbeing under a slogan "JAAN HAI JAHAN HAI". By passing time our exercise sessions and recipes became locals favourite led to the birth of another wing- JH DELIGHTS, a solution for natural healthy and tasty bites specially crafted with richness of natural flavours keeping in mind the nutrition of the products. Every product is a hands on experience of fullness, a guilt free treat to oneself. We introduced a very selective range of products on our platform, keeping in mind the quality and taste of premiumness.
