- Almond
- Fox-nut
- Roasted Black gram
- Black Pepper
- Desiccated Coconut
- Cardamom
- Rasins
RECIPE
Take one teaspoon of ghee in pan and add 2 table spoon of mixture, roast for 30 sec on medium flame then add one glass of milk/ water give it a boil for 10 minutes for pudding consistency, add jaggery according to your taste. Serve in bowl while it's hot & garnish with seeds and cashews. You can refrigerate the pudding and have it later, a better gluten free alternative of Kheer.
